About Bulan
Recipients: Zone 2 Barangay San Vicente, Libertad Zone 7, Barangay San Isidro.
Heads of household engage in fishing, coco-farming, and driving public transportation vehicles. Average educational attainment is high school level. Houses are made of semi-concrete and light materials. The area is typhoon-prone, and families have their own toilets. Water sources are pump wells and the municipal water district.

Bulan Community Coordinator
Heisa, originally from Bulan, Sorsogon, is a dedicated mother of two wonderful children. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy but chose to follow her passion for social work, specializing in child development. Alongside this, Heisa is a licensed teacher, leveraging her skills to make a positive impact in education and community development.
Since 2017, Heisa has been actively volunteering for BCF in Bulan 2. Her deep love for children drives her commitment to creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive and succeed.
Bountiful’s Community Coordinators
Community coordinators serve with Bountiful as volunteers. They organize other local volunteers and together conduct screenings, train families, distribute locally-purchased nutritional supplements, and follow up on infant development.
