Ma. Josefina Eramis- Volunteer Area Coordinator - Bacolod - Bountiful Children_s Foundation Philippines

Ma Josefina B. Eramis

Bacolod Community Coordinator

Josefina, also known as Darling, completed her education with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of St. La Salle-Bacolod in 2004. She currently serves as an Admin Staff at CLIFSA since 2018, showcasing her skills in multitasking and thriving in environments that require minimal supervision. Beyond work, she finds joy in listening to music and engaging with children. Her volunteer work at BCF has been instrumental in allowing her to assist mothers and babies while expanding her knowledge of malnutrition. Through this experience, she has learned valuable insights into child care, particularly for malnourished children, and actively applies health lessons in her daily routines, such as preparing balanced, nutritious meals. She has completed basic health lesson training, further enhancing her capabilities in community service and child welfare.

Bountiful’s Community Coordinators

Community coordinators serve with Bountiful as volunteers. They organize other local volunteers and together conduct screenings, train families, distribute locally-purchased nutritional supplements, and follow up on infant development.
