About Roxas Capiz

Recipients: Barangays Baybay, Dumulog, Cogon, Punta cogon, Punta Tabuc, Cagay, Tiza, Lawaan, Lanot. Barangays Manoling and Yating in the municipality of Pilar.

The main sources of income are fishing and farming. The average educational attainment is High School Level/Graduate. Almost all of the Houses of Recipients are made of light materials others are semi-concrete and most have dirt floors. Most of them are either remote, isolated, typhoon-prone, or congested, recipients are informal settlers, lacking water supply, and have no own toilets.
