Most of them are fishermen, fish vendors others are rice farmers and some are construction workers, office employees. Most of the fish vendors are high school graduates and college undergraduates. Some are self-employed as online sellers and contractual wig-makers. Their houses are mostly semi-concrete, some live in wooden houses with dirt floor.

Vivian Vallejo

Alaminos Community Coordinator

Vivian from Alaminos, Pangasinan, is a happy full-time housewife and dedicated mother to five adorable children. Since 2017, she has volunteered for the foundation and finds great fulfillment in serving her community, particularly children needing special health attention. Vivian enjoys working with fellow volunteers and cherishes the camaraderie with mothers and grandmothers during distribution, lesson times, and screening periods. She is grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the children and their families.

Bountiful’s Community Coordinators

Community coordinators serve with Bountiful as volunteers. They organize other local volunteers and together conduct screenings, train families, distribute locally-purchased nutritional supplements, and follow up on infant development.
