We are grateful to those involved with Sunstone, the many donors that visited the booth to support our cause, and to each one of you for your prayers and support! We are so grateful to Sunstone for allowing Bountiful Children to have a booth at the Sunstone Symposium in Sandy each year. The kindness of those organizing and participating in the event is truly inspiring, and we appreciate the opportunity to share our mission with such a supportive community. It was a fantastic event!

We are also deeply thankful to Faith Matters for inviting us to have a booth at their Restore Conference in October. The event was truly uplifting and inspiring, and we hope to be part of it every year. Visit their website for more information: https://faithmatters.org

At the Sunstone Symposium, Bob Rees delivered an inspiring talk and was also featured on the Latter-day Lights podcast. We are so grateful to everyone helping spread the word about the critical need for nutritional support for children worldwide.

You can hear Bob’s powerful story on the Latter-day Lights podcast here:

At the Sunstone Symposium, attendees explored Bountiful Children’s Foundation’s booth and learned more about our mission to combat childhood malnutrition. Our beautifully designed booth helped connect us with generous donors and supporters who are passionate about making a difference. Special thanks to Sunstone for sponsoring sessions where Bountiful’s work was promoted, such as the discussion on Ryan Ward’s impactful book, And They Had No Poor Among Them: Liberation, Salvation, and the Meaning of the Restoration (Kofford Books, 2023).

A session organized by Bob Rees included a thought-provoking panel discussion on poverty in both the church and the modern world. Featuring insightful contributions from Alan Jones (The Poor in Scriptures), Kimberly Applewhite Teitter, and Ryan Ward, this session highlighted the pressing challenges of poverty and the importance of action. Bob also shared the King Benjamin Challenge, which encourages participants to make small sacrifices, saving $100 a month to save the lives of 12 children annually.

We are deeply grateful to Sunstone, the many generous donors who visited our booth, and to all of YOU for your prayers and unwavering support. Together, we are changing lives and making the world a brighter, healthier place for children in need.
