Alta Grace Evangelista
Community Coordinator
Alta was born February 8, 1975 in Dagupan City. She is married to Philip Evangelista and they are blessed with three beautiful princesses. Alta is a worker in LGU. She loves serving people, especially the children, and that’s why she volunteered to be the program coordinator for Bountiful Children in Bayambang. She has been volunteering with Bountiful Children since 2017.
Bountiful's Community Coordinators
Community coordinators serve with Bountiful as volunteers. They organize other local volunteers and together conduct screenings, train families, distribute locally-purchased nutritional supplements, and follow up on infant development.
