Community Coordinator
Nelson writes:
“I am known by the name Nelson Abawiera Danaa-Clement. I am a father of three lovely kids, Donald, Emily and Terrence. I am also married to a wonderful woman by name Faustina Nyarko, whom I married on her birthday and we are currently sealed at the Ghana Accra Temple.
“I joined the church at an older age that I couldn’t serve a full time mission, but I did serve my ward members in several church callings within the past thirteen years as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. I have served as elders quorum secretary, gospel doctrine teacher, assistant clerk, clerk, 2nd counselor in the bishopric, and now as bishop.
“My love for kids has been my source of strength and for which i currently hold a Bachelor in Education Degree as a professional teacher, and now a Principal Headteacher of a government school.
“I met Sister Rosetta Adu-Sei who was a coordinator for my Stake in October 2021. Out of the selfless services i offered to help her with the children. She later recommended me to join the Bountiful Children Foundation. Today, I am the coordinator for my Stake, Swedru. I know children are precious gifts from our Heavenly Father and whoever takes care of such is taking care of the Kingdom of God. Surely such people will be greatly rewarded.
“I am therefore grateful to Bountiful Children Foundation for the role I am playing as a coordinator to support these little ones improve their nutritional capacity and grow healthy.”
